If you already have a product brief, brand identity, and packaging direction ready, we can move quickly. Can I customize a formula, or do I have to choose an existing one?
Both options are available. You can select one of our proven off-the-shelf formulas for a faster, lower-cost launch or work directly with our R&D team to create a fully custom formulation from scratch, tailored to your target customer, flavor preferences, functional claims, and nutritional positioning. Our custom formulas require an additional R&D formulation fee.
What powder formats and modalities do you produce?

Can I request a sample before committing to a full order?

How long does the development process take?
Our development timeline depends on how far along your brand and product are. If you already have an established product brief, brand identity, logo, and packaging direction, we can move quickly into formulation and design. If you’re still building those elements — no problem. Our team can support you through every stage, from concept and branding to packaging and artwork creation.
Once your final formula and artwork are approved, the production process typically takes 60-90 days, covering manufacturing, quality testing, and packaging. We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times and clear communication throughout.

Where are your products manufactured?
All products are manufactured in our state-of-the-art, North American (mostly USA) facilities. We apply strict quality assurance protocols at every stage of production — from raw ingredient sourcing to finished product testing — to ensure consistency, safety, and accuracy in every batch.
Do you provide packaging and design services?
Yes. For an additional fee, we can manage the process of taking your logo and putting it onto the packaging. From initial concept and artwork creation through to production files, 3D renders, and physical samples, our in-house design team ensures your product is beautifully finished, brand-aligned, and ready for market.
Can I supply my own packaging artwork?
Absolutely. If you already have a designer or existing brand assets, you’re welcome to supply print-ready artwork. Our production team will review it to ensure it meets all technical specifications and is compliant before going to print.
Can you help with regulatory compliance?
Yes. We offer optional regulatory compliance support covering ingredient validation, label compliance, and claims review — ensuring your product meets FDA and industry standards for the US.
Do you support compliance for markets outside the US?
