National Lemonade Day: Your Guilt-Free Guide

STRAWBERRY LEMONADE COLLAGEN SPARKLER

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup HALO Pink Lemonade
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
- 1/4 cup strawberries (muddled or sliced)
- 1 scoop collagen
- Lemon wedge (optional for garnish or a fresh squeeze of lemon juice!)
Directions:
Pour HALO into a glass with the collagen. Stir for 15-30 seconds until collagen is dissolved. Add in all other ingredients, stir and serve (over ice if desired)!
IMMUNITY BOOSTING & SUPER ANTI-INFLAMMATORY (under 90 cal!)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup HALO Lemonade
- 1/4 inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled and sliced)
- 1/4 inch piece of fresh turmeric (peeled and sliced)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together with ½ cup of ice and enjoy!
TOM COLLINS’ HALO
In collaboration with our friends at BULLDOG Gin
Ingredients:
- 25 ounces BULLDOG gin
- 2oz HALO Lemonade
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1oz Club Soda
- Sprig fresh mint
Directions:
Pour gin into tall glass. Add lemon juice and stir. Top up with HALO Lemonade + Club Soda. Stir gently & garnish with sprig of mint.
