World Tennis Champion Andy Murray Joins Team HALO
HALO is excited to welcome “Big Four” tennis star, Olympic tennis and three-time grand slam champion Andy Murray, who will join us on our mission to get people hydrating the right way.
“To perform at your best, every detail matters, and something as fundamental as hydration can dramatically affect your performance. Importantly, HALO’s products are free of artificial sugars, unlike many of the competing brands. I’m excited to be working them on the development and launch of other products in the near future," says Andy.
Andy joins an impressive list of health & fitness experts, investors and advisors to the brand including mega-celebrity trainers Don Saladino and Amy Rosoff-Davis, fitness personalities Denise and Katie Austin, fitness and lifestyle sensation Kelsey Heenan, renowned nutritionist Keri Glassman, celebrity dermatologist Whitney Bowe and global megastar Armando Christian Perez (aka Pitbull) and his dance team “The Most Bad Ones.”
“As an avid tennis player myself, I was touched when Andy’s team reached out to us about getting involved. Suffice it to say, it is a huge honor to welcome Andy to the team and as a significant investor in the Company," says HALO CEO and Co-Founder Anshuman Vohra. "HALO is blessed to have a roster of celebs and astute global investors on board, and Andy’s incredible successes and commitment to HALO’s mission are sure to complement that. I look forward to his active involvement in catapulting HALO’s growth."
Robin Shobin, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, adds: “Having developed a formula that works for elite athletes (and therefore, for everyone else), getting the seal of approval from a sportsperson of Andy’s caliber is truly humbling.”
