Why do I have to enter my credit card information upon registering?

We ask for this now to make your life easier — forget pulling out your plastic and re-entering it every time. Your information is encrypted and stored with our credit card processor — we do not have access to your credit card data. Your card will not be charged upon registration — you are only charged when you text us to place an order.

Do I have to order 12 Bottles of each product?

Yes. Shipping would be prohibitively expensive if we shipped individual bottles. 12-packs ensure the best possible shipping & delivery time (2 business day transit max for all U.S. orders).

My shipment was damaged.

Sorry to hear that. Text us at 1-833-277-4448 or email us hello@halosport.com with an image of the damage and we will coordinate a refund or we’ll re-ship you replacement product free of charge.

What are your bottles made of? Are they recyclable?

Our bottles are plastic (PET) and fully recyclable per classification ‘1’. Additionally, our PET bottles are BPA-free.
